Cycling is the most efficient way to get around the campus. In addition, you can improve your health, fitness and well-being easily.
La Trobe University offers a lot of programs to support and encourage you to ride to campus. The Biker’s Brekkie is a free monthly event that offers a breakfast and coffee/tea/juice to students and staff who have cycled to the Melbourne Campus. It is run by Lifeskills Café in conjunction with the Environmental Sustainability Unit at La Trobe University.
You will need to bring your helmet or your bike or bike log as proof of your ride and you will be given a voucher to choose your breakfast on the Lifeskills Café breakfast menu.
The next Biker’s Brekkie will take place on Tuesday 10 November. Come and join other cyclists for what will be the final Biker’s Brekkie of this year:
When: 8am to 10am, Tuesday 10 November
Where: Life Skills Café, Melbourne Campus
