Next week (16-20 May 2016) is Wellbeing Week at La Trobe. From free events to healthy tips, the week will help students learn to manage any stress they may be under.
Hosted by La Trobe University and La Trobe Student Union, something new is happening each day.
The session we are looking forward to the most is the Free Laughter Yoga session on Monday, Strategies for Success Workshop for Exam Prep on Tuesday, and the free Tai Chi Class on Thursday!
