Fire safety

The higher the temperatures, the higher the risk of Fire. Find out how to stay safe and prevent fires at home by visiting the Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB) website.  The MFB also has a home safety booklet available in different languages.

Beach and Water Safety

Summer in Victoria is great for swimming and enjoying the beach, but you need to be careful with rip currents, jellyfish and others. For your own safety, always swim in swimming beaches and inside the flags.
