Formerly known as LACE (Language and Cultural Exchange program), this year, International Student Services has decided to organize four small events through the year to celebrate all different cultures at La Trobe!
Now called: “Cultural Exchange Day” – a day to celebrate our cultural diversity!
Our first event was on 21st of March – Australia’s Harmony Day! A perfect start to the year! We celebrated the country’s cultural diversity across all La Trobe campuses in Victoria.
In Bundoora campus, we also had our first Cultural Exchange day, with dances and performances from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Colombia, Brazil, etc., food trucks selling international food, live music and more!
Come join us for our second event, this 23rd of May from 12pm to 2pm at the Simpson Lawn!
ISS, ISA, LTSU will be hosting live performances and dances from different countries, food trucks selling international foods! live music and much more! Everyone is invited! Dress up in your national attire or wear your country’s flag!
