La Trobe Sports Centre’s group exercise classes have something to suit everyone!
We have just released the new timetable which is a slightly reduced timetable over the uni break however there is still lots of classes to choose from. You can check out our timetable at https://www.latrobe.edu.au/sport/get-active/fitness/group-exercise.
Come along and try out Yoga, Pilates, Body Attack, Body Pump, Zumba, Functional Power, Metafit, Hiit Circuit or Boot camp.
