SUNSHINE IS ON THE WAY! Summer is just around the corner and we have a number of Health & Fitness related activities to keep you active! All La Trobe University students, La Trobe Melbourne students and staff members receive a discount!
All our Gold and Gym Members receive a complimentary Fitness Assessment, Personalised Training Program, and a step-by-step Program Start to ensure you are performing all exercises correctly and safely. Reassessments can be booked in at any time (we recommend every four-to-six weeks) to ensure you continue to improve and build on your goals!
Our group exercise classes are scheduled to suit your day; with classes that allow you to train in the morning, during your lunch break or after work! With the latest Les Mills tracks, HIIT style circuits, Yoga & Pilates and everything in between – there’s a workout to suit however you are feeling! Our timetable can be located here.
Whether you’re training for your next Triathlon or getting in the pool for the first time since last summer, our heated pool will leave you feeling refreshed and allow you to cool off during our warmer months.
