As an international student you must be enrolled in a full-time study load. That means you have to complete 8 subjects (120 credit points) in 2019.
What you need to do:
- 1. Check your enrolment in StudentOnLine
- If you haven’t enrolled in 120 credit points for 2019, urgently add the required number of subjects to your study plan
Please note: If you’ve completed an ‘Agreed Progression Plan (APP)’ approved by a relevant academic staff member to reduce your study load (underload), you don’t need to enrol in additional subjects.
What happens if you don’t maintain a full-time study load?
It’s a requirement of your student visa that you complete your studies within the time stated on your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
If you don’t maintain a full-time study load, you’re in breach of your mandatory student visa condition 8202, which may lead to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) cancelling your student visa.
