Review and Re-Mark of Students’ Academic Work Policy

What if I’ve failed a subject?

Have you failed a subject? Here are the steps you need to take to get back on track.

Will your student visa be affected? Do you know your visa expiry date?

If you failed a subject, you can catch up the subject again in a Summer semester or Winter semester. You may need to apply for another student visa if you haven’t completed your course within the current visa duration.

It’s important to know when your current visa expires. The Department of Home Affairs have serious penalty for students who overstay their student visa duration. We suggest you to start to prepare for your student visa application within three months before your visa expires.
